Overview
At Kingstone creations, each piece is handmade to order with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, this policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our work.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Under EU law, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.
However, as all items are made to your specifications, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c).
For this reason, we do not accept general returns or cancellations once production has started.
Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Returns
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept general returns.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders can only be cancelled or modified if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses.
Final Note
Each planter is handmade, and small variations in texture, color, and shape are part of what makes every piece unique. These are not considered defects.
